I’m Amanda, it’s nice to meet you!

I started Chica de Gallo as a woman-owned salsa and guacamole business in 2012. I was born and raised in Texas and I love all things Tex-Mex. When I moved to Boston and met my husband, I’d make homemade salsa and guac for family and friends. It was the classic story - everyone said the dips were so good that I should sell them. 

So I did! And they were an instant hit at local farmers markets and earned a spot on Boston-area shelves. My products can now be found across New England, in some of the biggest retail stores.

We still use my original authentic recipes. Always fresh. Always high-quality produce. No artificial preservatives, processed sugars, or added oil, vinegar, or water. Just the best ingredients.
